We?

Why should you trust us to help you heal and repair your relationship with food and make peace with your body?

Well, in a nutshell, we've been there. We know the struggle first hand and found our way.  We can help you end the war against food and your body. 

As fitness professionals, we focused solely on the physical aspect of our client's needs for many years, but we came to realize that something was missing. Today, we are focusing on a more holistic approach for their success.

 

From this realization, the Love Your Body Project was born!

 

 

We are here to help those:

  • Who don’t appreciate who they are on the inside because they are too worried about how they look on the outside

  • That beat themselves up and say negative things about their bodies and themselves

Cyndi Springford

Cyndi's varied background includes being a personal trainer, a running coach, and most importantly as a certified Eating Psychology Coach. She has been in the fitness industry since 1993 encouraging well-being and fitness with her clients since then.
