Who are

Why should you trust us to help you heal and repair your relationship with food and make peace with your body?

Well, in a nutshell, we've been there. We know the struggle first hand and found our way.  We can help you end the war against food and your body.

As fitness professionals, we focused solely on the physical aspect of our client's needs for many years, but we came to realize that something was missing. Today, we are focusing on a more holistic approach for their success.

From this realization, the Love Your Body Project was born!

We are here to help those:

  • Who don’t appreciate who they are on the inside because they are too worried about how they look on the outside

  • That beat themselves up and say negative things about their bodies and themselves

  • Who are misusing exercise

With our services, you can learn:

  • How to make time for yourself

  • Realize your importance and your needs matter just as much as anyone else's

  • Your appetite and your body’s signals

  • How to get to your natural weight

  • Becoming more process oriented instead of hyper-focused on a specific result

  • To go deeper in your search for happiness instead of using an outside-in approach that is centered around food or how your body should look
